How billing works
- Renews
- Every month, until you cancel

- Any time, through Tebex or your payment provider
- After you cancel
- Your perks stay until the month you’ve paid for ends
- Refunds
- None for unused time, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy
- Chargebacks
- Get the account banned

Questions about a payment?
Email support@svnlstudio.com.au or open a ticket in the SVNL Discord (opens in a new tab). If you see a billing mistake or a payment you didn’t make, contact us first and we’ll look into it. A genuine billing problem won’t lead to a ban.
